Menopause/Perimenopause Care
We take a deep dive into your own hormone history and status. Lifestyle modifications, hormone replacement therapy, and natural modalities can be discussed as we come up with a plan that is perfect for you!
$250 initial visit/$100 for HRT follow ups
Medically Supervised Weight loss
If you want to take GLP-1 agonist medications like semaglutide and tirzepatide, we discuss your suitability and come up with the plan that works best for you! This does not include cost of medications, depending on your diagnosis you may be able to have your insurance pay for these medications, or we can order through a compounding pharmacy vetted by Dr. Michelle! Monthly follow ups required for refills.

Telehealth
Suitable if you would like to have labs drawn at your local lab, and don’t require any hands on care such as a pelvic exam or any procedures. These visits will be a deep dive into your health history and goals. Great for hormone optimization, menopause visits, birth control consults, and yearly wellness exams when you don’t need a pelvic exam.

Home visit
If you live in Virginia within an hour radius of Warrenton you might consider a home visit. If you require a pap or would like other hands on care, this is the option for you! Labs can also be drawn at this type of visit.

As a member, you have the advantage of extended and unhurried appointments, allowing Dr. Michelle to devote ample time to address your concerns, provide thorough examinations, and offer comprehensive care for various women’s health issues. You enjoy the convenience of fast turn around for appointments, and access to a direct dedicated phone line to contact Dr. Michelle. She coordinates specialized care, collaborates with trusted healthcare professionals, and offers preventive and wellness services to promote your overall well-being. With a focus on personalized attention and a commitment to your healthcare journey, concierge care with Dr. Michelle provides a supportive and empowering medical experience. Annual membership includes two home visits, and unlimited tele-visits, as well as texting and messaging follow ups and access to exclusive content made especially for you. Due to the personalized nature of this offering only a few spots are open annually.
HypnoBirthing Childbirth Classes
A series of 5 weekly 2-hour classes taught virtually. Classes are for one birthing person and their support person. Taught by a midwife with knowledge of home, hospital, and birth center birth. Learn how to use self-hypnosis as a coping strategy during childbirth.
*Must have access to a device with camera to participate in virtual classroom.*
$375 per pregnant person and birth companion (includes all course material)
